11 years aint long enough, he should have been charged with attempted murder with a lethal weapon, after losing my 8 year old to a drunk driver i firmly believe with all my heart DUI isnt enough or accidental death by DUI is wrong they should be charged with capital murder because they thought about getting drunk , knew they were drunk then made the decision to drive, as far as I am convcerned that is premeditated murder and should carry the death penalty , being a drunk is not a disease or an illnes its what they chose to do kill them all
