No such thing as luck

There is luck and then there is skill. This guy seemed to have a shit ton of both. He winds up landing the plane with one of his gears down and turns off the engine just before belly landing on the ground. There was minor damage to the bottom of the plane and the pilots underpants.

Greg, Greg, Greg ??? Now where in the fuck did you get that "minor damage" info at buddy ? I have worked on quite a few belly landers and there hasn't been one yet that didn't have to have the whole fucking under structure replaced and this one will damn sure need a new fusalodge and wing before it's back up !

rodgtard...Vid was cropped right before the fire trucks rolled up. No fire, no injuries, just as carnutts said, one one very fucked up aircraft. Give props to the crew and passengers. They had the choice of this landing or ditching, just off the beach. They chose to try and save the aircraft. All"s good. Go Navy!

Point Mugu naval airstation, been there too, don't beleive me, I ran the Point Mugu anual 10K hill run in 1992 and still have the plaque. he turned the left engine off so the props wouldn't flare off from the pavement and slice into the plane and chop some suey.

would have asked around the plane for a young lady who would like to go out in style.lets bust a nut mama before we die.she would feel cheap after the safe landing.
