Red Means Go!

Can color blind people see red? I'm not sure, but the person that ran the light might be seeing more red than usual. Like blood running down their face. Bonus for the guy's car on fire, and he running the fuck out of there. If I am not mistaken, someone few out of the suv. You see that? That person is totally fucked for sure.
