Tuesday Twofers: Passing Assholes

Today's Twofers is all about how not to pass another car. Again, Russia is the clear exporter of assholes that cannot pass another car with out hitting moving and non-moving objects. I just got off the phone with my travel agent and have cancelled my fall trip to Russia. It's just too dangerous.
