University Of Kentucky Police Officer Fired

This kid is my hero for today. His smart ass comments and constant insults not only made me laugh, but also riled the university pigs up enough to kick his door open and illegally search his room. And as a result, Officer Dickhole was fired. Apparently it's not a violation to have ranch dressing and sweat pants in your dorm. Know your rights, kids.

Only way this story could have been better is if officer dickhole caught some buckshot at the end by a car of niggers.

And this is the reason the worlds going to shit. No fucking respect. If your not guilty then you don't have anything to worry about. And it's not about letting the cops boss you around it's about respect, If you want respect you have to give respect.

I agree with u showmeurtits with how theres lack of respect but i think its bullshit that any cop goes to a kids house or room amd threaten to kick him outta school for bein a kid most cops when i was a kid leaft us alone as long as we werent hurtin other people or ourselves cause they were more concerned with keepin the city safe from the real crimes

This is a total lack of respect for the officer. As far as the warrant..if this is a dorm, as it seams, then the school has all right to send security to check the room as dorms are considered school property.. Kid knows his rights to a point... If the officer was dismissed from duty, it would be because he lost his temper, but im pretty sure the student was removed from campus as well

When are cops going to learn that everyone has a camera and they have to do their job according to guidelines.

I am with Cyborg. Anyone notice the UofK banner and him wearing a Virginia Tech pullover. Thats probably what it really boiled down to with the "Creep with Braces". It would piss me off also. They shouldve blowed him away, planted a gun,and said he was making terrorist threats. However they were probably not smart enough to remove the camera.

Those cops were probably being assholes from the minute they showed up. The video starts well after they got there. Probably why the kid set the cam up, and good thinking on his part. Cops cannot enter your living space regardless of it being on campus. As soon as the student asked for a search warrant, and they didn't supply one, he should have closed the door.

Secondarily, they have no cause for search on the grounds of someone "seeing" him in his window. Thats a violation of privacy to begin with Unless it was the cops doing the watching.

    Good Job Kid!

Never overstep your authority. Follow procedure and never get emotional or make it personal. First person who does loses. Score one for the douchey kid.

The little puke still has to deal with the rest of the cops on campus, and I can tell you, when an officer is put in jeoprady because of some little snot nose kid, the kid pays.

I did a little research into the Federal and state law, as well as campus policy regarding this issue. Apparently, according to an actual Supreme Court ruling, campus officials dohave extended authority in dorms, but they can't force a resident to completely give up their 4th Amendment rights.

So, according to Campus policy, the officer could enter the room without a warrant if, and only if, there was reasonable suspicion AND the student didn't open the door in a timely manner, or the student gave permission. Since the door was open and the student didn't give permission, it looks like the cop was in the wrong.

Even after entering the room, according to campus policy, the officer still can not do a further search without a warrant or permission, which he percedes to do anyway.

From the video it is evident the officer failed to follow 4 or 5 rules. The kid was a complete douchebag, and I'd amck him if I could, but even pole-smoking douchebags have rights.

All you pussys on here are like if you have nothing to hide then..... Bla bla fucking bla fuck the pigs they think they can do what ever they want like pushing you out of the way in your own house/dorm With out a warrant and searching through all your shit so what if you know you have nothing in there it's the principle of it of these scumbags in your home violating your 4th amendment right.... What copblock.org says "badges don't grant extra rights" bitch

  • zekesterness December 21, 2012

Actually, if that dorm room is on campus, then the campus cops can search the room. Sucks, I know - but the dorm isn't the students property, but rathe the collage's property.
