I'm not ill-informed, motherfucker, I just have more common sense than most, and when going easily 30-40 miles per hour, signal with enough time to let people behind me react in a timely fashion. To me, this video is indicative of the moron driving the car not using a fucking turn signal. Either at all, or not in time to give the driver behind him time to react to his sudden right turn. For all you fuckers know, the only reason it looked like he was "passing on the right" was to try to avoid being in a car accident WITH AN IDIOT WHO DIDN'T FUCKING SIGNAL.
