I feel sorry for the rider, he was doing nothing wrong. As a seasoned biker I have to deal with blind fucks doing this all the time! His punishment should be hung, drawn and quartered and his head stuck on a pike on London bridge.....ok maybe not but he should be fined at least £1000.
