Unsuccessful Lane Change

Who do think is at fault here? The asshole in the car making the lane change, or the asshole on the motorcycle hugging the lane. Rather, the asshole who was on the motorcycle. He took a very graceful exit off that thing.

Definitely the motorcycle's fault. Look into the mirror of the car right before the crash. The motorcycle cunt is threading through traffic, going in between cars. Assholes like that cause accidents.

i blaming the car driver just becauce he signaled does notgive him the right of way and he had enough time to see the idiot on the bike before he move out of his lane

Are you saying the dick on the motorcycle had the right of way? He wasn't even in a lane of traffic, he was riding BETWEEN cars, illegally. You can see him in the driver's side mirror.....for about 1.4 seconds before the crash and only if you know what to look for. I wouldn't have expected his ass there either.

Car would be cited for unsafe lane change in most states. Just because most of you are too scared/uncoordinated/puss whipped by the wife to ride doesn't change the law. Lane splitting is legal in most cities so sit in your cage, text, eat your big mac, suck your big gulp but don't ever signal, look at a mirror, or consider the possibility that others on the road exist. Douches.

In the US the only state that has legal lane splitting is California, and then, only if traffic speed is under 30 mph, and only if the bike is less than 10mph over the speed of traffic.

@cuda1179...rule number 1 always expect the unexpected when lane changing never take your eye off the mirror/s...and yes the biker was being an arsehole

@cuda1179 You're allowed to do that in California.

And that's why it's a stupid Cali idea.

    California rocks ....

Both at fault, just because the car signals you still need to make sure it's clear. The ass on the motorcycle should not be driving in between the cars.
