After pulling a 76-year-old man over for expired plates, which are legally exempt from any citation because they are dealer plates, and the old man works at a dealer, Robinson decided the best course of action would be to slam the old guy on the ground and shoot him twice with a taser. Then he takes him to the hospital while handcuffed. Once again, the law had not been broken in any way. Except by the asshole cop, of course.
