    and too "BOOT" that was really shitty form heres a tip from someone who's spent many years in the gym lifting its not about how much you can do its about how long you keep your muscles under strain when i work out every rep is 4 seconds every set is 60 sec long this optimizes your work out to the fullest YOU DONT NEED TO BE DOING HUGE WEIGHTS
