Well, I'm brazillian and things don't work like that, i would love if it would... Looks like on Rio de Janeiro, where the state is on constant civil war. (The rest of the country is kinda of peacefull) We have such untrained cops and this country really stinks. Please, don't ever come to Brazil. LEL
