Race is the predominate factor as of why blacks are treated differently than whites. Sure I know that sometimes a person’s actions determines how they’re treated. Stereotypes play a big part. I’ve gotten followed around stores because of the stereotype that blacks steal (WHITE COLLAR CRIME IS THE ULTIMATE IN THEFT) and I don’t steal. Nor will I buy "HOT" merchandise. Yea, some blacks steal, but so do whites. They so busy watching me while the white boy is cleaning them out because he knows, as long as I’m in the store, the focus is not on him. Times are changing and it’s not as bad as it was, but in many cases it still is The Color Of Their Skin.

Honestly Im just spouting out my opinion due to what I have seen on the TV in their interviews and leagal battles. The whole stereo type thing is what gets me there I suppose. Yep, the cops were wrong and should have went to prison for a long time but there was more to it like the beginning of the tape that was hardly ever shown.
