no it doesn't and no you can't. And that shit was planned. It is a retired nuclear power plant's cooling tower. Its name is Trojan. It is just outside of Longview, Washington on the Columbia River

Check out the King5 (Seattle) and you can see three or four camera views of the cooling tower going down.
And no you Fucks...The cooling towers purpose is to cool the water used to turn turbine that generate electricity. I doubt that there is any residual radiation....as the water was never in contact with the fuel. Dig?
