I've never had problems like that. My vids buffer in anywhere from 0 to 10 seconds, but if it makes you feel better, Jay is considering a new video server to speed things up. He has a thread in the forums asking for problems and opinions on this exact subject. I think it is called "We need your help". Check it out and detail your problems there. I doubt he will see it in here.
