Watch Out For Potholes

Sometimes I see a road crew and the only work being done is by two Mexicans with shovels scraping little pieces of asphalt, and a Haitian is asleep under a tree with a couple Guatemalans, and I wonder how great of a road these guys can build. Now I see.
