OSHA Approved Ladder

This is one of those OSHA approved new ladders. With extra strong duct tape to hold the a few ladders together. They were going to use the OSHA approved two year old bungie cord to hang off the roof, but they could only find one.

    The guy on the ladder is killed when the duct tape gives was. His widow sues the ladder manufacturer and wins 4 million.
