Do you even lift bro? Nah, I don't think you lift man. The only thing you'll be lifting is your ego off the floor. At least get somebody to spot you if your going to try and lift more weights than you can. Too bad, looks like you even failed at Darwin award since your still alive.

    Fucking ass clown. This should part of those how not to lift weights video. Keep your legs pinned to the ground, keep your back flat and on the bench the whole time, pull your shoulder blades back and in, tight grip and lift off, breath in going down elbows should be 90 degrees to your shoulder joint. Anything more and your just putting a lot of stress on the rotator cuff, breath out going up and congrats that's 1 rep....
