Hurt as hell
i had this. its called testicular torsion. had my balls fixed into place to stop them twisting. can feel what they used to fix them when i fondle them. so i feel them alot
Happened to a friend of mine....he said the pain when they untwisted it was like taking a shotgun blast to the balls...
