Electric company worker knows how important safety is, that is why he's wearing his helmet. Can't ever be too safe when you're standing in flood water surrounded by power lines and transformers!

    Perfectly safe, transformers on ground are in storage,pole he is using is the right tool for the job. No more dangerous than performing same job on dry ground.
