Yeah I doubt you can fix this broken ankle might as well just amputate that foot. It least he or she will save on shoes

    I know that completely severed hands and arms are routinely re-attached these days. Feet seem to have less circulation and cause more problems especially with diabetics, though.

    Dave, I agree with you about amputation of the victim torn foot. I dought the foot would survive a reattachment surgery.

    You don't save on shoes like you would think, those bastards that sell shoes only sell them in pairs. You either need to find a buddy missing the other foot, or if your poor, then hobble your busted ass down the road until you find a shoe, there seems to be lots out there, its just a matter of a few miles before you find one that fits.
