The 59 seconds of recording have generated commotion on the internet and it has been shared as a dramatic moment, on which the 30-year soldier Weslley dos Santos da Silva Lucas is killed at the Morro do Fallet, downtown Rio. Actually, the video is a rumor. According to the police, the incident registered happened at the 9th of August. Cops from the Providência UPP were fixing an equipment at Bica Alley, inside the community when a small explosive surprised the cops.
