      @truckingman by the signs next to the railroad I can tell that is in one of the Spanish speaking countries, and yes there are signs at the crossings that say pare y oiga wich means stop and listen , but it does not say "live" , maybe that's were the problem is , but this things keep on happening also in Canada and US on a regular basis
