Actually, this is common practice for firefighters during training. Having been a firefighter for 15 years I've had several pictures like this taken of me and my fellow firefighters. Usually we obtain an old building to train with and after we finish training the building if burned to the ground to eleminate additional cleanup for the owner. While the building burns the guys take a picture for the scrapbook.
