A while back I got the email below requesting a picture be taken off the site, because the pic supposedly looks like the person that sent me the email, the pic is: Free What?. So I emailed this over to our lawyer and here is how things went.

Subject: Removal of a photograph
November 15, 2000
Private and Confidential
To whom it may concern:
I have recently been made aware of your website as well as a particular photograph therein. The picture is of a young woman wearing a t-shirt bearing the phrase "free blowjobs." In the photo she is performing oral sex on a man while a number of other men watch. Much to my own detriment, the woman in the photo bears a striking resemblance to myself, and many friends and family have been shown the picture only to mistakenly believe it is me.
I am writing to ask that the photo be removed as soon as possible from the website.
The law provides a casue of action in both defamation and invasion of privacy when people reasonably believe one is someone else, and that mistaken belief harms one's reputation. Many who have seen the photo believe it to be me, and as such, my reputation has been harmed, both personally and professionally.
I hope to not have to pursue this further. All possible future action can be avoided with the swift removal of the photo from your site.

Then I wrote to my lawyer:
hey what do ya think? And then Crazyshit.com's lawyer replied with:
A lot of people look like a lot of other people but nobody looks the same giving a blow job. Ask her to send you a photo of herself giving a blow job and you will consider removing her look alike from the site.So there you have it and if she wants to send crazyshit.com a pic of her giving a blowjob, we would gladly take the picture off the site. Not!
