Forum Update

on 07.16.2012

Hey all, just wanted to put a forums update out there. As I was doing some much needed upgrades to the forums, some shit went wrong. Terribly wrong actually. To the point where I had to actually take down the forums. We've had similar problems like this in the past, but this may have been the worst. I'm going to be working on getting it back so thanks for your patience on this one! --Jay

You’re right, there are a lot of good threads and members that would be missed if they were gone forever. Personally, I thought the diary was overrated, but that’s just my opinion. There’s only so many ways you can write about The Fuck™ before it gets repetitive. The thing I would miss the most is tje people from the forums. I have no way to contact some of them without the forums. I hope they get it fixed. Good luck Jay D.

Actually, matty--we’re a little upset because everything from the forums may be lost--some of these threads were from people who are no longer with us, and keeping those threads was a way for us to keep them with us, so to speak. However, now, maybe some of my pictures will be lost forever--Yay! Hehehehe

Jay D. I vote that you leave them deleted. Is it worth all the headaches to keep 8 people happy? Sure, there’s a few more then 8 people but if you look at any given time you "might" see 8 logged in at once. I say the hell with the forums. Keep it like it is now. Here’s an update. More than most of the threads will be saved. Some will not. The plan of action is we are going to upgrade to another forum software that will allow more social interaction,etc. So this might take a while, but we really shouldn’t loose too much. ;) And KK, I’ll try to find a IT person that knows more than me.
