Last night Jay got to experience what it's like to spar with Jeff Monson for the first time. This guy is huge, and pretty intimidating, but in fact a super nice guy. Except when he's in the cage. He's a self-proclaimed anarchist covered in tattoos, including a hello kitty one, and his toenails are painted pink, but I guarantee you that no one has ever talked any shit to him about it.
