Concealed Carry, Open Carry, No Carry, & The Second Ammendment
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Most states now allow either open carry, concealed carry, or both. Many states don't even require a permit to do so.
I'm definitely for our second amendment, but I also realize there's a lot of people who have no business packing a loaded firearm. In my opinion, if you're a person whose blood boils when you see an establishment won't allow carrying of a firearm, and it makes you want to protest loudly and carry on madly for days, then you probably shouldn't be owning a gun anyway. There's also people with mental illness who may fall into the "shouldn't own a firearm" category.
I only carry one while in the timber. Otherwise, I'm not sure where I'd carry anyway. I'm not gonna pack one at church, the grocery store, Wal Mart, etc. If I'm not working, I try to be casual and quick. I'm not gonna go through the trouble of strapping on my piece just to run to the store for some deli meat.
A couple of my friends firmly believe every adult should be allowed to carry a firearm anywhere they want, without a license or permit. We've hotly debated that notion too. There's no way I can agree with them.

you seem to think that the 2nd is just some privilege everyone is born with, that no one fought and died for that. well people died for that right. Without it we would have never won our independence. I bet you ancestors were loyalists .
I live in southern Oregon the town I live in has 10 cops they won't come to your house unless it was a violent incident there are 6 smaller towns around me with no cops we have sheriffs 2 of them the state troopers they don't give a fuck they just patrol the highways people grow a lot of weed around this area and there are a lot of tweakers so I do carry open carry sometimes or a concealed carry so I can protect myself and my family if I ever need to
also where I live it is not uncommon to see people open carrying in the grocery store and Walmart and some stores have signs on them that say no weapons open carry or concealed carry you have to respect what they say it is private property
