WICS
I've insisted, to myself, that I only choose comments for the WICS with ten or more plus votes. Lately that's been difficult. Sometimes there's a comment or two which has 9 votes that I've not voted on and I'll give it a +1 just to get it into the WICS so we can have a full slate. The WICS I did with only a "top 7" was due to the lack of comments with ten or more pluses.
As I type this, Thursday afternoon, there is only one post this week so far which has +10. By the time you read this it will be four full days of posts.
The WICS for last weeks posts is being put up with a delay this week due to the lack of enough posts to create it. Finally it all came together. Most of the time the delay is just because I've been busy with my own stuff.
If you fine folks don't feel the posts are worth a plus one, then that's just how it is, but, if you're simply not voting, maybe you could take the extra few seconds to +1 what you feel deserves it.

I used to plus my self just like I beat my self but I can't plus myself anymore y'all fixed it!! But I can still beat my self to a good squirt yeah boy!!!

It's simple Cory, the idiots who don't read the comments yet run down and do nothing but neg are the problem. I personally care less if anyone even bothers to vote up or down on any of my comments, I didn't register to win any popularity contests.
