@darkdumbness, Civil engineers write the specs and have inspectors on site to make sure the rules are followed. Civil engineers are fucking idiots!!! Y'all read a textbook and think u know all. Ive had to redesign many civies plans so shit wud work and give them the proper material list. Fucking idiots.
