Actually, they didn't taze "the victim" - everybody in a fight gets arrested until they figure it the fuck out. The most sober one who looks like they can inflict any damage gets the tazer - the other two were so drunk they just stayed on the ground. The fucked part is that he identified himself as a "cop" AFTER he pulled the trigger - that's where the bully-I-got-hit-a-lot-in-high-school comes out.
