This is a Lie....he did not lie to a drug mule boss, those are Ukrainians who are tying up Roma people and others and beating the fuck out of them and then using Blue paint for the ukraine flag and then sometimes they piss on them after they spray their faces. Im not sure what theyre using but the chemical theyre using to turn peoples faces blue (when theyre not using spray paint) is a highly corrosive agent that is VERY hard to get off and burns the epidermis and possibly one layer down.
